He is the CEO of Finmar, a financial services company situated in Paarl in the Western Cape, South Africa. Manie has more than 30 years property investment and development experience. He has been a successful property investor in Australia since 2001.
	Francois Marais HonsBComm, MBA Francois has more than 5 years experience in the financial services industry. He is the Marketing Director of Finmar, a financial services company situated in Paarl in the Western Cape, South Africa. Francois has more than 3 years property investment experience, both in South Africa and abroad. Francois received his MBA from the Edinburgh Business School in Scotland.
	Brian Lawrie BComm, MBA Brian completed his B.Comm at the University of Stellenbosch in 1992, and in 2000 completed an MBA at the University of Potchefstroom. He started his career as an accountant at Safcol, where he got promoted to group financial manager and in 1998 to general manager. In 1998 he started a construction company, which to date, has constructed over a hundred houses.
	Jaco Olivier BComm, LLB Jaco started focusing on property investment and development more than 10 years ago. He is the CEO of Impetus Homes, situated in Somerset West in the Western Cape, South Africa. Jaco is also a qualified attorney.
